The Wall Street Journal: At Home prices its IPO at $15 a share

At Home Group Inc., a home decor retailer controlled by AEA Investors LP and Starr Investment Holdings LLC, priced its nearly 8.7 million share initial public offering at $15 a share, according to a news release.

With the offering price set at the middle of the range it proposed in late July, At Home is set to raise about $130.2 million in its IPO. Underwriters for the offering have the option to purchase up to 1.3 million additional shares.

In a July 25 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, At Home said it plans to use the proceeds from the offering to repay about $115.8 million of debt.
