Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump changed his proposed top individual income tax rate to 33% from 25%.

Donald Trump on Monday called for a higher individual income tax rate than he did during the Republican primaries, saying he wants a top rate of 33%.

That’s a shift from the top rate of 25% that the Republican presidential nominee was proposing until recently, and aligns him with a recent plan put forth by House Republicans. The top U.S. rate is currently 39.6%.

Trump spoke about his tax plan and other economic proposals in a speech to the Detroit Economic Club.
