Capitol Report: Clinton to tout job-creation plan in Michigan speech | Trump calls Obama ‘founder of ISIS’

Hillary Clinton will talk up her plan to boost job creation in the U.S. when she speaks in Michigan on Thursday, just days after Republican rival Donald Trump gave an economy speech in the same state.

The Detroit Free Press writes Clinton’s afternoon speech in Warren, Mich., is expected to draw on her so-called economic revitalization initiative plan. The Democratic nominee’s campaign says the plan would add 321,000 jobs to Michigan’s workforce and 10.4 million jobs nationwide through 2020. Clinton leads GOP nominee Trump in recent polls of Michigan voters.
