Clinton and Trump are veterans of the format, having gone through a slew of primary-season debates that began more than a year ago (in the Republicans’ case). From the beginning, Trump has been getting grilled about his immigration proposals, and here he is on building a wall on the southern border and making Mexico pay for it: “A politician cannot get them to pay,” the GOP nominee said in Boulder, Colo.
