Oakland Raiders file paperwork to move to Las Vegas

The Oakland Raiders filed paperwork Thursday to move the team to Las Vegas, Nev., where it plans to build a $1.9 billion stadium.

“Today we are one step closer to having an NFL team to call our own,” Clark County, Nevada, Commissioner Steve Sisolak said in a statement.
