The Wall Street Journal: Lindsey Graham urges tough new sanctions to hit back against Russia

MUNICH — Sen. Lindsey Graham called on Congress to pass new sanctions against Russia following its alleged interference in the U.S. election.

Graham, the South Carolina Republican, said he believed there was wide bipartisan support for new sanctions against Russia, proposed by leading senators from both parties last month. He said the sanctions bill would be a priority for Congress and predicted it would get 75 votes in the Senate.
