Key Words: Pelosi a fountain of metaphors after Republican health bill clears House

Rep. Nancy Pelosi, the House minority leader, was a veritable font of metaphorical language as Republicans in the chamber passed a bill Thursday to supplant the Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare. The 217 members (all of them Republicans, who also saw 20 defections) who’d voted yea, the former speaker said, were walking the plank (“and for what?”), would be left with residual “doodoo” on their footwear, and would have “every provision of this bill tattooed on your foreheads.”
