Jay Z’s Tidal is now searching for its fourth CEO in 2 years

Jay Z’s music-streaming service Tidal is again looking for a chief executive to steer the ship after former CEO Jeffrey Toig left the company in March.

Toig’s departure was cordial, according to a source familiar with the situation, and is part of the company’s restructuring following wireless company Sprint Corp.’s $200 million acquisition of 33% of Tidal back in January.

“As part of Tidal’s continued expansion this year we will be announcing a new CEO in the coming weeks,” the company said in a statement. “We wish former CEO, Jeffrey Toig, all the best in his future endeavors.”
