Is Wall Street zen enough to invest in an unprofitable yoga IPO?

YogaWorks Inc. is hoping Wall Street says “namaste” to its first yoga offering.

The yoga studio chain, which has 50 studios across six U.S. markets, plans to offer 5 million shares to raise up to $70 million. YogaWorks YOGA, +0.00% would be the first yoga studio to go public in the U.S. and will be a test for Wall Street’s appetite for boutique fitness offerings, after the success of low-cost gym chain Planet Fitness Inc. and the stalled IPO of high-end cycling chain SoulCycle.

It set a price range of $12 to $14 a share Monday. Cowen, Stephens Inc.
