This is how single men take women on dates without spending any money

If you thought weddings were expensive, try dating.

When asked how much is appropriate for adults to spend on the first date, older millennials (ages 27 to 36) and Generations X-ers (ages 37 to 52) said they spend $100 per date — that’s twice as much as younger millennials and baby boomers (ages 53 to 71), according to a survey of 1,000 people released Thursday by TheCashlorette.com, which is owned by personal-finance site Bankrate.com. And almost half of Americans (48%) who are married or live with a partner argue over finances. And what do they fight over? One person either spending too much or being too frugal.
