“I sometimes wonder how they face their children,” says former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers of the CEOs who’ve remained on President Donald Trump’s advisory councils.

In a Washington Post op-ed published Tuesday, Summers congratulates Merck & Co.’s MRK, +0.12% chief executive, Ken Frazier, for quitting Trump’s manufacturing council, a move Frazier made early Monday following Trump’s initial response to the violence at a Charlottesville, Va., white supremacist rally last weekend. Later Monday, the CEOs of Intel Corp.
