March Madness has become a cultural phenomenon, and last year, 70 million brackets were filled out for the men’s NCAA Tournament. And while some party poopers estimate $6.3 billion will be lost due to unproductive workers this year, it’s almost impossible for bosses to prevent their employees from sneaking a peek at the games, and data suggests offices that trust their workers enough to let them watch hoops will come out ahead in the long run.
