The Wall Street Journal: Charlie Rose and CBS News sued by three women over sexual harassment allegations

CBS News and its former morning-show anchor Charlie Rose were sued Friday by three women who allege they were sexually harassed by Rose and the network was aware of his behavior and refused to act.

The suit, filed in New York State Supreme Court, is the first legal action against Rose and CBS News CBS, +9.09% in the wake of his firing as anchor of “CBS This Morning” in November after the Washington Post reported several allegations of sexual harassment by him.

Two of the plaintiffs—Katherine Brooks Harris and Yuqing (Chelsea) Wei—were CBS employees who worked for Rose at the network.
