Make these 5 easy changes to your diet if you want to live longer

How do you want to improve your life?

Some 37% of Americans want to eat healthier, exercise more and save more money, according to data analytics firm Statista. The gym membership probably won’t work out, based on the number of people who take out new memberships and stop going. And Americans still struggle to save partly due to stagnant wages, despite an improving jobs market. But there are some simple dietary changes that could be a life saver.
