If one senior Russian lawmaker has her way, debauchery will be kept to a minimum this World Cup.

Tamara Pletnyova, in a radio interview leading up to kickoff, called on the women of her country to resist having sex with randy foreign tourists this summer and that they should, instead, “give birth to our own.”

Pletnyova said she believes Russian citizens should marry each other and “build a good family, live together, give birth to children and educate them.” She referenced the spike in births from foreign fathers following the 1980 Moscow Olympics as evidence that “these children then suffer.
