President Donald Trump on Monday discussed a new tax cut for middle-income earners, as he vowed the U.S. will begin cutting off aid to Central American countries over a migrant caravan and promised a “Big Night in Texas” ahead of a rally for onetime rival Ted Cruz.


Trump said his administration would propose what he called a resolution to cut taxes by 10% for middle-income Americans. Speaking to reporters on the south lawn of the White House, the president said, “we’ll do the vote after the elections,” referring to the Nov.
