Warren will inform her staff of her plans later Thursday, the Times said.

The Massachusetts senator’s campaign showed some money trouble in the last round of financial disclosures, revealing it borrowed $400,000, though the campaign then managed to raise $29 million in February.

Warren last fall topped national polls, but placed third in Iowa, fourth in New Hampshire and fifth in South Carolina, and came in third in her home state, in a clear sign her campaign was no longer viable.
